Custom Blanks & Private Label| California Basics offers many possibilities for our custom and private
label customers. Choose from variety of our in-stock fabrics and colors
to create the highest quality garment the way you want it. Because we are vertically integrated in California and have offshore locations in Guatemala and S.Korea, our experienced sales staff can assist our customers to find the best way to make custom blanks and private labeling easier and smarter. We also do production in Indonesia and Cambodia if requested by our private label customers. |

| This is when you would like to order the style we have in our catalog
but in : - different fabric ( for fabric options please refer to our fabric list ) - different color ( for color options please refer to our color chart ) - different size - or in different shape - new pattern development ( pattern charge ) - you can put your labels ( must be provided by the customer ) - you can request a sample before placing order ( sample charge ) Minimum of 300 pieces per style / per color for custom blank order. All custom blanks are Made in California, USA |

| Private label is very much similar to Custom Blanks guidelines but
has much more options. But in return we ask our customers for a higher
minimum of 1200 pieces / per style / per color. And depending on the
total unit of order and customer's requested delivery time, our sales staff will guide our customers through many options such as - location of production - packing and shipping - hang tag, poly bag, bar-code services ( hangtag and bar code must be provided by customers ) - in-house printing - style and fabric development - custom sizing * Custom orders require 50% deposit at the time of placing the order. Lead time will be based on the time of receiving purchase order and sample approvals. For private label orders, if not approved by in house credit,we require 50% deposit at the time of purchase order. |
